The volunteer portal is at app.donewithember.com/portal. It shows your shifts and hours for every organization you volunteer with.
Sign in as a volunteer
Use the email the organization added you with
Your invitation email names it. Another address will not find your shifts.
Go to the sign-in page
Open app.donewithember.com/login, enter that email and press Email me a sign-in link.
Open the link in the email
Ember takes you to your volunteer portal.
Finish your profile
The first time, the portal asks what you would like to help with and when you are usually free.
If it says No account for that email yet
If the organization added you in Volunteers and you have never used Ember, the sign-in page says this. Do this once:
Create an account with the same email
Go to donewithember.com/signup and enter the email the organization added you with.
Skip the questions about starting an organization
When Ember asks about your organization, go to
app.donewithember.com/portalinstead.Confirm your email
Press the button in the welcome email within 48 hours, or your portal locks until you do.
