Change your plan
Open Subscription settings
On a computer, press the gear next to your organization's name at the top of the page, then choose Subscription. In a narrow window the tab is called Plan.
Press Change plan
The panel asks you to pick the range your annual budget is in now.
Choose your range
Pick it under Annual budget.
Press Save my plan
The button stays off until you choose a different range.
What happens to your price
- No money moves the day you change it.
- If you pay by card, the new price starts at your next renewal. The page shows the new price straight away.
- Moving to Starter, the free tier for budgets under $50K a year, ends your card subscription at once, with no further charges.
- If you pay by invoice, an invoice you already asked for keeps its amount. Write to hello@donewithember.org to change it.
- Nothing in the product changes. Every app stays on and users stay unlimited.
Budgets over $1M
Choosing More than $1M moves you to Let's talk, and Ember sets up your price with you personally. If you pay by card, you keep paying your current price until a new one is agreed. To change your plan from there, press Contact support or write to hello@donewithember.org.
