Go to app.donewithember.com/login, enter your email, and open the link in the email from Ember.
Sign in, step by step
Go to the sign-in page
Open app.donewithember.com/login, or press Log in at the top of donewithember.com.
Enter your email
Use the email you signed up with, and press Email me a sign-in link. Invited but never signed in? Use the link in your invitation email first.
Open the email from Ember
It can take a few minutes. If it is not in your inbox, look in spam or promotions.
Tap the link
If Ember shows a Continue to Ember button, press it once and you are in. That extra step stops email security scanners from using up your link before you open it.
Good to know
- Each link works once, and only for a short time. If it has run out, ask for a new one.
- A new link cancels the one before it, so always open the newest email.
- Signing in is per device. The phone or computer where you open the link is the one that is signed in.
- One sign-in covers all your organizations. Home lists where you work, and your volunteer portal lists where you volunteer.
- Volunteering somewhere? Use the email that organization has for you. If it says there is no account, see a volunteer can't find where to sign in.
- Your whole team signs in the same way. Every plan includes unlimited users.
