Ask for an invoice

1. Open Subscription settings

   On a computer, press the gear next to your organization's name at the top of the page, then choose Subscription. In a narrow window the tab is called Plan.

2. Choose Yearly or Monthly

   Yearly invoices the whole year. Monthly invoices one month.

3. Press Ask us to invoice you

   It is just above Continue to payment, beside Need to pay by invoice or purchase order?

4. Fill in the form

   Where should the invoice go? is the email address for the invoice. Who should it be addressed to? and Purchase order number are optional.

5. Press Ask for an invoice

   You see "We have your request. Your invoice is on the way by email."

What happens next

• The page shows "We are preparing your invoice", with the amount, where it is going and any purchase order number.
• A person at Ember prepares the invoice and emails it. The page then shows "Your invoice is on its way".
• Nothing in Ember changes while you wait. Every app stays on.
• You can still pay by card instead. Write to hello@donewithember.org so a person cancels the invoice.
