Only the people who should. Owners and admins see pay; anyone approving timesheets sees hours, not salaries; each person sees their own week and nobody else's.

Yes. Owners and admins can put people in groups, like your youth program team or the events committee. When you review timesheets, pick a group under Show time for. On the payroll export, Show pay for does the same, and the CSV you download matches what's on screen. A group shows the people in it today, not who was in it when the time was logged.
