Look in spam and promotions
Search your mail for Ember. If you find it in spam, mark it as not spam so the next one arrives in your inbox.
Check the address
Go back to the sign-in page and make sure the email is spelled exactly right. Use the address you signed up with. Invited but never signed in? Use the link in your invitation email instead.
Ask for a new link, then open only the newest email
Each new link cancels the one before it. An older email's link will say it didn't work.
Give it a few minutes
Some workplace email systems hold outside messages before delivering them. If yours does, ask whoever manages your email to allow messages from mail.donewithember.com.
Still nothing?
Write to hello@donewithember.org from the address you are trying to sign in with, and a person will help.
Good to know
- Ember always sends sign-in links, even if you blocked or reported its other emails.
- The sign-in page never creates an account. If it says "No account for that email yet", that address has no Ember account.
- Invited as a teammate? Use the link in the invitation email. It lets you join even if you have never signed in.
- Invited as a volunteer? See a volunteer can't find where to sign in.
- Feedback inside Ember only works once you are signed in, so use the email address above while you are locked out.
