Your data is yours. Each app that holds figures you would want in a spreadsheet has its own download button.

Good to know
- Most exports are for owners and admins. Anyone who can open Impact Reports can download its Performance figures.
- Some buttons only appear once there is something to export.
- Payroll exports cover one week of approved hours at a time.
- The budget export follows the year and the in or out filter you have chosen, but includes every program.
- The printable report opens your browser's print window. Choose Save as PDF there to keep a copy.
Common questions
Can I export everything at once?
Not yet. Each app exports its own data from its own tab.
Can I export our volunteer list?
There is no volunteer roster download yet. Approved volunteer hours download from Impact Reports, and website subscribers from Web.
We are leaving Ember. How do we take our data?
Use the exports above before you archive. Write to hello@donewithember.org if you need something they do not cover.
