You need to be an owner or admin of the organization. Every plan includes unlimited users, so there is no cost to inviting everyone who helps.
Send an invite
Open Team settings
On a computer, press the gear next to your organization's name at the top of the page, then choose Team.
Press Add a teammate
Enter their email. First name, last name and phone are optional, but a first name helps.
Pick a role
The role decides what they can see and do. The table below explains each one.
Choose their programs
Staff, coordinators and volunteers see only the programs you pick. Owners, admins and board members see every program.
Add pay and hours, if you track staff time
For admins, staff and coordinators you can set hourly or salaried, expected hours a week and a rate. You can skip this and add it later.
Press Send invite
They get an email from your organization with a link to join.
