Before you start
Only an owner or admin can pay. If your budget is under $50K a year, your plan is free and there is nothing to pay.
Pay for your plan
Open Subscription settings
On a computer, press the gear next to your organization's name at the top of the page, then choose Subscription. In a narrow window the tab is called Plan.
Choose Yearly or Monthly
The price updates as you switch. Yearly shows how much it saves.
Press Continue to payment
Stripe's secure payment page opens. Ember never sees or stores your card number.
Finish on Stripe's page
Enter your card details there. When you are done, Stripe brings you back to Ember.
After you pay
- Your plan shows as Active once Stripe confirms the payment, with how you are billed and your renewal date.
- The card on file shows by its last four digits, for example "Paying with Visa ending 4242."
- Manage billing opens Stripe's billing page for your organization.
- Nothing in Ember changes when you pay. Every app and every user was already included.
If a payment fails
Your plan shows Payment needed, with the note "We could not collect your last payment. Everything is still on." Press Manage billing and update your card there.
