Your roster, shifts, hours and exports have no limit at any point. The checks only change your public sign-up limit, whether search engines list your page, and what your page says Ember checked.
Change your web address
Open Organization settings
On a computer, press the + tile at the bottom of your apps in the sidebar. Then choose Organization.
Find Your web address
Use 3 to 40 lowercase letters and numbers, with single hyphens between them. Some words, like help, are reserved.
Press Save address
You see "Your web address is updated."
Changes are free while your site is offline. While it is live you get one change, but going back to an address you used before is free. Links that use the old address stop working, so update anywhere you shared it.
The two checks

Confirm your website
Open Organization settings
On a computer, press the + tile at the bottom of your apps in the sidebar. Then choose Organization.
Find Show the website is yours.
It is under Standing, and appears once your IRS record has matched.
Press Check my email address
This works when your website is saved in Settings and you sign in with an email at that website's domain. Free email and site-builder addresses, such as gmail.com or wixsite.com, do not count.
Or use a code
Press Use a code on our website instead and put the code anywhere on a public page of your website. Paste that page's address, then press Check my website.
