Volunteer thank-you card maker

Pick a design, type your volunteer's name and a short note, then print the card or download it to send. It takes a minute or two, and nothing you type leaves this page.

How to make a thank-you land

  1. Name one thing they did. “You kept the line moving at the door” means more than “thanks for your help.”
  2. Send it within a week. The day is still fresh for both of you.
  3. Sign it by hand if you print it. Ten seconds with a pen turns a printed card into a personal one.
  4. Rather send an email? The email templates have a volunteer thank-you you can copy.
  5. Want more ways to say thanks? Our list of volunteer appreciation ideas has plenty that cost little or nothing.

In Ember Volunteers, people sign up from one link, get a reminder 3 days before their shift, and their hours record when you check them in. Free if your budget is under $50K a year.
